Firm founders Edward McKirdy and Harry Riskin, along with partner John H. Buonocore, Jr., are co-authors of the book that is widely considered the standard treatise on New Jersey eminent domain law, New Jersey Condemnation Practice. Now in its second edition, the book is an integral part of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education curriculum and is one of several books and articles on the topic authored by our attorneys.

We are frequently asked to provide comment and analysis by the media regarding landmark decisions on land use and takings.
